One very strong trend i noticed after looking at the Autumn Winter collections is Asymmetric sleeve detail. Love it or loath it, mark my words we will be seeing this design detail alot... from high fashion to the high street.

Quality & Craftsmanship /Designer Unknown
With Skills being lost and quality often scarified for quantity its become rare to see such beautifully crafted garments. Notice -
The checks perfectly aligned. The way the lapels sit perfectly flat. The way the sleeve head is fitted with out any tucks or drag lines, and not to mention the smoothness across the chest.
Quai Branly Museum /Paris

This is a beautiful old Tea Caddy i photographed on a visit to Danish Design Museum Copenhagen.
I think a beautiful ref point/ inspiration for print.
Make Up Artist Drawing/ Dries Van Noten SS 2009
Make up artist and hair stylist found there inspiration in traditional African masks.
If these sketches were in a gallery i would have bought them.
